Crust’s new Loyalty Program Crust Lover’s Rewards officially launched 9th March 2021 and is designed to make Crust Lover’s even more passionate about their favourite pizza.
Customers can now sign up via the Crust website and start earning rewards from their first purchase. The Rewards include a free 10th large pizza when you’ve purchased nine pizzas (excluding kids pizzas and pizzas ordered via the catering portal). Customers also receive a free large pizza during their birthday month and have the ability to unlock surprise deals and offers direct from their local store. There are also weekly offers via the Crust newsletter for opted in members.
“Loyalty programs like this one are a great way to personalise the customer experience and create an extra level of service and convenience to our most valued customers,” explains Alana Wilson, Marketing Manager, Crust Pizza.
