Crust Pizza is Giving Away Dough This National Pizza Day!

National Pizza Day Crust

To celebrate National Pizza Day on Sunday 9 February, Crust Pizza is offering the Crust National Pizza Day Bonus, a heartfelt and fun initiative to recognise and reward hardworking Aussies in their workplaces.

The Crust-worthy offer includes 10 bonuses worth $1,000 each up for grabs and all you must do is visit the Crust website, either nominate yourself or a colleague, and share a heartfelt or entertaining story about why they deserve recognition and a Crust National Pizza Day Bonus.

The initiative is inspired by the humble ‘office pizza party’ that has the nation divided about whether it’s a token gesture from employers or a means of truly rewarding achievements. While Crust fuels pizza parties, because let’s face it – who doesn’t love pizza – it also wants to give back and make customers feel extra valued with some cold hard cash this National Pizza Day.

Crust Marketing Manager, Zak Marr said the initiative reimagines National Pizza Day in a fun way by becoming the brand that not only delivers great quality pizzas, but also gives a nod to workplace appreciation.

“We know how great it is to have pizza put on for any occasion and it’s even better when it’s a Crust pizza. But we also know that a little bit of recognition can go a long way. So, for National Pizza Day this year we want to level up our appreciation for our amazing customers beyond the pizza parties we fuel nationwide.

Whether it’s a pizza party in the office, at home or on the green, you can eat your pizza and feel recognised with our Crust National Pizza Day Bonus. It’s our way of recognising moments and people worthy of sharing,” Mr Marr said.

Tammie Christofis Ballis, Specialist Recruiter and spokesperson for Crust Pizza said she is 100 per cent behind Crust Pizza’s initiative and explains why the office pizza party should be kept on the monthly agenda.

“As a recruiter I have met incredible employers who understand the need for real, authentic and impactful workplace culture, and they often throw a pizza party as a way to celebrate, recognise and strengthen the team spirit,” Ms Ballis said.

“Crust is putting its money where its mouth is by using funand purpose to bridge the gap between feel-good work moments and genuine employee recognition.”

Winners will be revealed on National Pizza Day, February 9th via Crust’s social media channels with entries reviewed by a panel to select the most compelling, heartfelt or entertaining stories.
