Crust Launches Dolce Pull-Aparts on International Dessert Day — A First-of-its-Kind, Shareable Dessert for Australia
Crust is turning up the indulgence again—this time in desserts—with the national launch of Dolce Pull-Aparts, a brand-new dessert format described as half pizza slice, half pizza pocket and a whole lot of indulgence. Landing 14 October, International Dessert Day, the range is designed to win the sharing occasion, lift our dessert range and deliver high-impact, social-worthy moments.
Crust Marketing Manager Zak Marr said the innovation was built to be the perfect sharable sweet treat.
“Dolce Pull-Aparts take everything guests love about Crust—big flavour, theatre, and shareability, and bake it into a dessert new for QSR,” said Marr. “It’s half pizza slice, half pizza pocket and a whole lot of indulgence, purpose-built to be passed around the table and shared on socials.”

Biscoff® Brownie Hazelnut Dolce — Biscoff spread, choc brownie, signature crunch and choc hazelnut on our Pull-Apart base with molten pockets.
Dubai Pistachio Dolce — Gran pistachio spread, signature crunch and choc hazelnut on our Pull-Apart base with molten pockets.
Strawberry Choc Hazelnut Dolce — Fresh strawberries, choc brownie, cream cheese icing and choc hazelnut on our Pull-Apart base with molten pockets.
