This month, Pizza Capers will celebrate its 25th Birthday by bringing back one of its most popular menu items – the Inferno range.

As the name suggests, the Inferno range features three firey pizzas and two sides, designed for lovers of chilli and pizza. However, this time around, Pizza Capers has partnered with another legendary Queensland company Cobra Chilli and will use their Reaper Chilli Sauces on two of their pizzas and one side.

Pizza Capers was founded in Queensland in 1996, and since then they’ve been proud supporters of other local Queensland businesses.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with local brand Cobra Chilli. Not only is it delicious and uses the best quality, locally grown ingredients but it’s made right here in Queensland,” said Jon Paul Partyka, General Manager of Pizza Capers.

“Teaming up with this quintessentially Queensland brand is the perfect way to commemorate our 25th year in business,” he added.

The Inferno range includes three pizzas and two sides:

The Inferno Pizza: This mind-blowing pizza experience features oven-roasted chicken, cherry tomatoes, roasted capsicum and red onion on a base of coconut chilli sauce. Topped with chilli flakes and whole fresh chillis and finished with a drizzle of Extreme Reaper Sauce. Not for the faint hearted!

Meat The Devil Pizza: For lovers of meat and heat! Featuring premium sliced beef, chorizo, bacon and ground beef on a tomato base. Peppered with candied jalapenos and shallots.

The Reaper Pizza: Karaage chicken bites, green capsicum and Carolina Reaper infused cheese sauce – there’s nothing grim about that combo! Also features red onion and shallots on a tomato base.

Reaper Wings: A delectable oven-roasted chicken treat that combines smokey barbeque goodness with spicy chilli.

Scorcher Scrolls: Mozzarella cheese and pickled jalapenos encased in a warm blanket of Pizza Capers’ famous pizza dough and finished with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
