A brief history
The year was 1996 and the convenience food market was overflowing with cheap and nasty "junk" food, there was a very real need for change and it came from the leafy relaxed suburb of Kenmore in Brisbane's West, this was the location of the very first Pizza Capers store , shortly thereafter we opened up a second store in Toowong and for the next 3 years we worked tirelessly to develop our business with internal procedures, systems and tools that would lay the foundation for strong , controlled and sustainable future growth. With this solid foundation in place, Pizza Capers grew steadily, today Pizza Capers operates more than a dozen corporate stores and over 100 franchised outlets throughout Australia and internationally. Pizza Capers is now part of the Retail Food Group franchise family and can take advantage of the infrastructure and sophistication that RFG - Australia's largest multi food retail franchisors can offer.
