It all starts with our comprehensive new Franchisee training programs developed by our professional training team to deliver results. RFG Franchisees complete a blended learning program that combines practical hands on skills with business units and structured sessions in real trading stores to ensure each Franchisee receives all the skills and information necessary to run a successful business in today’s competitive marketplace.
To ensure that new Franchisees receive quality brand training every time, RFG operates a purpose built Training Academy within our Gold Coast headquarters whereby a network of skilled Franchisee coaches deliver workplace based learning. Programs are competency based and have demonstrated time and again success in graduating confident and capable new Franchisees into the RFG community.
However, RFG training doesn’t end when a Franchisee graduates. Franchisees in all of our great brands can access an extensive range of training, human resources tools and other resources to promote business success. This includes an online training platform allowing Franchisees to easily increase the ability of their store team to service customers, drive sales and grow their business. Similarly, the RFG Coffee Training program develops skilled coffee makers and baristas whilst offering the opportunity for nationally recognised coffee qualifications. Additionally, Franchisees receive regular opportunities for further development that has been specifically targeted to meet the business needs of those within their brand.
