RFG’s sales & leasing team are highly experienced and well equipped to meet the needs of potential franchisees. We have over 20 years of leasing and franchising experience which places us in good stead when identifying new sites or negotiating renewals.
The department has over 15 dedicated staff that look after franchisees that either want to enter our systems as new franchisees or who have an interest in acquiring or renewing an existing franchised store. We are often approached by landlords that are eager to include our brands within their centres and endeavour to negotiate the best possible lease terms.
Leases are held by RFG and franchisees generally occupy premises under licence. This gives our franchisees peace of mind as we are partnering our franchisees throughout the leasing process. During the sales process, our sales team interacts with the potential franchisee and oversees the process to enable the franchisees a smooth ride into the system before they enter our tailored training courses.
New franchisees are guided through the process of application by the sales team. RFG manages store design and construction of all new outlets to ensure you can concentrate on training and readying yourself for trade.
Resales – Franchisees may wish to approach a broker to assist them or attempt to vend their store by themselves. RFG offers a free of charge service to existing franchisees allowing them to place their resale store advertisement on the RFG website resales page – this allows them to have 24/7 access to online browsers that may be interested in purchasing an existing store. Franchisees are able to place their contact number or their brokers number on the web site. (Conditions apply)
