Our Franchisees:
There are (as at 23 January 2008) 1,050 franchised outlets within RFG’s Donut King, Michel’s Patisserie, Brumby’s Bakeries and bb’s cafe systems.
The franchisees of each of those outlets are individuals and RFG does not hold to the view that they may be categorised into a typical profile. Indeed, our valued franchisees are representative of, and are as diverse as, the community generally.
Historically, our franchised stores were operated as family businesses, however, over time and in conjunction with the evolution of our systems, there are now many ‘multi-store’ owners throughout our networks.
Ultimately, we are desirous of procuring franchisees that display a genuine capacity and capability of contributing to the ongoing enhancement and growth of our systems.
Ideally, a franchisee will possess attributes which compliment the motivations and objectives of our existing franchise networks including:
- communication skills;
- positive personality;
- goal orientated;
- honesty and integrity;
- self motivation;
- leadership qualities;
- financial competence; and
- the willingness to become an integral part of the team.
